1. Service Description

Autoriax is an AI-powered content automation platform. We provide automated research, writing, editing, and publishing tools for digital content. The service relies on third-party AI models and data sources whose availability, accuracy, and pricing may change without notice.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are solely liable for all activity that occurs under your account, including content generated, published, or distributed through Autoriax.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Autoriax to: (a) generate content that is illegal, defamatory, misleading, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights; (b) produce content intended to deceive consumers, manipulate search engines through prohibited techniques, or impersonate individuals or organizations; (c) circumvent usage limits, resell access, or use automated means to extract data from the platform; (d) upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the service. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

4. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You own all content generated through your Autoriax account. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it to train AI models. However, you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before publication. Autoriax generates content using AI — we do not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance, or fitness for any particular purpose. You must ensure that published content complies with applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and advertising regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Payment & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Refund requests are considered within 14 days of initial purchase only, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Service Availability & Changes

We provide the service on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autoriax and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, reputational damage, or costs of procurement of substitute services — regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Autoriax in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

Autoriax is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement. We specifically disclaim any warranty that: (a) generated content is factually accurate or legally compliant; (b) the service will improve your search engine rankings, traffic, or business outcomes; (c) AI-generated content will be free from bias, errors, or hallucinations.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autoriax, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the service; (b) content you generate, publish, or distribute using Autoriax; (c) your violation of these terms; (d) your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data 30 days after termination. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City], Germany. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
